Booking Conditions
Payment is due at the time of making a reservation -bookings are not confirmed until payment is received. Bookings are recommended and pre-payment is required. Cancellation and Amendment fees may apply.
Cancellation Policy:
*Cancellations made more than 24 hours before arrival, full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival, no refund.
Fiordland Cruises and Tracknet Reserves all rights.
In the case of a "no show" by departure time - no refund as space has held space for you.
*Half / Full Private Charters will incur a minimum 10% penalty if cancelling. If cancelling less than 7 days prior to departure there is no refund.

Price Information:
Whilst care is taken, prices are subject to change without notice. Prices charged will be valid rate at time of travel. All prices as quoted on this website are in NZ dollars and include all relevant taxes including GST and other taxes /National Park Concessions etc.

Safety
Due to the remote location of Doubtful Sound, Fiordland Cruises must be advised of any medical conditions, dietary requirements or allergies AT LEAST 48 hours prior to departure. Failure to do so may result in Fiordland Cruises refusing carriage.
A safety briefing will be given upon arrival at the Southern Secret and prior to any additional activities. The Southern Secret is in "Safe Ship Management". While at sea the Skipper has discretion to make decisions to ensure the safety of guests during our Doubtful Sound Overnight Cruises. Fiordland Cruises reserve all rights.

General Information
Fiordland Cruises reserves the right to amend timetables cancel departures, substitute plant or equipment and alter ticket prices at any time. Due to variability of weather and other conditions beyond our control Fiordland Cruises cannot gurantee certain activities/subjects will be available. The actual route activities and anchorages may vary. Fiordland Cruises reserves all rights
Other
Fiordland Cruises reserves the right to recover expenses in the form of additional charges relating to actions of guests including spoilage and willful damage.
