Policy for Fiordland Cruises

Cancellation Policy:

Booking Conditions: Bookings are recommended and pre-payment is required. Payment is refundable if cancelled more than 24 hours before departure time, less a precentage (10%) for administration costs. If cancellation occurs within 24 hours then there is no refund.

Fiordland Cruises Reserves all rights.

In the case of a "no show" by departure time. No refund as room held for you.

Unforseen circumstances may be taken into consideration.

Environment Southland Information:

Fiordland Cruises 2002 LTD hold a permit to operate within the waters of Doubtful Sound as per Permit no. 201180.

This is governed by Environment Southland and is a license to operate along the coast of Fiordland National Park from Pysugar Point to Yates Point including Doubtful Sound and Milford Sound.

Department of Conservation Information:

Fiordland Cruises hold a Commercial Marine Mammal Viewing Permit. This allows for approaching Marine Mammals are per current working group policy and procedure to protect them from the effects of prolonged and repeated boat interactions.

Alcohol:

Fiordland Cruises has a BYO policy on alcoholic and other beverages. You are more than welcome to bring a bottle of your favourite tipple. Please dont overdo it, we want you to remember your cruise through Doubtful Sound with us for the stunning scenery and wildlife.
